  • Social Anxiety Disorder: Unable to get mixed with other people, often because of the fear of humiliation and getting judged.
  • Specific Phobia: It results when individuals have fear of certain things, animals, and situations.
  • Treatment of anxiety is done in three ways. Here are those ways:


    Way #1: Counseling

    The person suffering from anxiety disorder must consult a counselor; there are various therapies that counselor can perform to overcome anxiety.


    Way #2: Medication

    Medication is prescribed in certain cases when the patient has undergone panic. Doctor will analyze the health condition and severity of the panic, and he or she may prescribe anti-anxiety drugs to patient. Dosage of the medicine will also be suggested by the doctor to patient.


    Way #3: Self Help

    Practicing relaxation techniques and breathing techniques may help patients to calm down. These are self-help methods that can help you tackle anxiety.


    In a nutshell, treatment options for anxiety vary from individuals to individuals.
